Won't you just recommend the PEO that pays you the most? +
No. Our commission rates are standardized across all partners, so we have no financial incentive to favor one PEO over another. Our reputation depends on successful long-term client relationships, which only happens when we make the right match. We also provide full transparency about our partner relationships and compensation structure.
How long does the entire process take? +
From initial consultation to final proposals typically takes 10-14 business days. Implementation varies by PEO but usually takes 2-4 weeks. If you have an urgent timeline, we can expedite the process - we've completed searches in as little as 5 business days when needed.
What if I'm not happy with the PEO you help me choose? +
We provide ongoing advocacy throughout your PEO relationship. If service issues arise, we work directly with the PEO to resolve them.
